East Pipes Chairman resigns, Vipul Mathur replaces

East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry announced that both Chairman and Vice Chairman resigned, according to a bourse filing. 

  

Both resignations became effective as of today, May 24, the company added. 

  

Chairman Omar Al Maidani’s resignation was submitted due to personal reasons, and the company appointed board member Vipul Shiv Sahai Mathur as the new Chairman. 

  

Vice Chairman Balkrishan Goenka also resigned, and was replaced by board member Ahmed Al-Debasi.
