SICO Saudi REIT board member resigns

SICO Saudi REIT Fund’s non-independent board member, Ahmed Bishri, submitted his resignation as of May 18, fund manager SICO Capital said in a bourse filing.

 

Accordingly, the fund’s board members are Sultan Al Nugali, as Chairman (non-independent), Fahad Al-Shammari (independent), Ali Hamidaddin (independent), and Ahmed Basodan (non-independent).
