Dallah Healthcare shareholders to appoint auditor on June 12

Dallah Healthcare Co.’s shareholders will vote on appointing an external auditor and setting his fees, during an ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for June 12, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2021, and Q1 2023.

 

Other agenda items include approving the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for 2021 and authorizing the board of directors to pay interim cash dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.
