Al Hammadi board recommends name change to Al Hammadi Holding

Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment's board of directors recommended changing the company name to Al Hammadi Holding, according to a bourse filing today, May 19.

 

The name change will come after obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities and the company's extraordinary general assembly.
