Edaa implements securities quantity decrease on Shaker

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced implementing securities quantity decrease for Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co.’s (Shaker) into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, May 18, it said in a statement.

 

On May 16, the company’s shareholders approved the board's recommendation to decrease capital by 23.4% from SAR 630 million to SAR 482.33 million, Argaam reported.
