Saudi Azm approves to establish software development office in Poland with SAR 500,000 capital

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co.’s board of directors approved on May 9 to establish a software development office, in Krakow, Poland, with SAR 500,000 in capital, according to a bourse statement.

 

The office, to be 50% owned by Saudi Azm, will specialize in software development.

 

The Tadawul-listed firm will announce any relevant developments in due course.
