Tihama Advertising‘s liability claim submitted to CRSD, first hearing set on May 19

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. (TAPRCO) said it filed the liability claim, related to the company’s private right, against former board members to the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD), according to a bourse filing.

 

The first hearing was set to be on May 19, 2022.

 

The company will disclose any updates in due course, the statement added.

 

In May 2021, Tihama was in the process of appointing a lawyer to express an opinion on the merits of the liability lawsuit and on the possibility of re-adjusting the violations committed by some members of the former board of directors, Argaam reported.
