Astra reappoints Sabih Al Masri as Chairman, Khaled Al Masri as Deputy Chairman

Astra Industrial Group’s board of directors approved, on May 12, reappointing Sabih Al Masri as Chairman (non-executive) and Khaled Al Masri as Deputy Chairman (non-executive).

 

In a bourse filing, the company said that the board also formed the main committees including the performance & investment committee and the nomination & remuneration committee.

 

The audit committee for the current three-year term started on April 22, 2022, was formed during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on April 21 including Abdel Kariem Al-Nafi (Independent) – chairman as well as Ayman Yousef and Ibrahim Al-Ghamlas as members from outside the board.
