Saudi Azm board approves setting up 75%-owned firm specialized in user experience

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co.’s board of directors, approved on May 9 to establish a Riyadh-based limited liability firm capitalized at SAR 100,000. The new entity will be specialized in user experience, according to a bourse filing.  

  

It will be 75%-owned by Saudi Azm.   

  

The company will announce the related updates in due course, the statement added.   

  

In a separate statement, Saudi Azm said the board approved the formation of a nominations and remunerations committee until the end of the current board term.    

 

The committee will be headed by Omar Al-Jeraisy, and will include Magdy Qari, and Rawan Al-Sharhan as members.
