Al Moammar Information Systems Co.'s (MIS) board of directors approved today, May 10, the appointment of Abdullah Al-Ghamdi as acting CEO, effective immediately, replacing Ziad Murtaja, according to a bourse filing.

 

Meanwhile, Murtaja was named Head of Investment and Business Development.
