Alkhaleej Training appoints Abdulaziz Al-Rashed as Chairman, Ahmed Al-Shadawi as Vice Chairman

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.’s board approved, on May 8, to appoint Abdulaziz Al-Rashed as Chairman (non-executive member), in place of the late Abdulaziz Al-Blaihid.

 

Ahmed Al-Shadawi was named as new Vice Chairman (non-executive member), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board decision took effect on May 8, and will remain valid until the end of the current board term that will end on Feb. 11, 2024, the statement added.
