Saudi Catering starts e-voting on EGM agenda today

Saudi Airlines Catering Co. (SACC) starts today, May 8, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which will be held on May 11, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the EGM.
