SACO’s Deputy Chairman steps down

Saudi Company for Hardware’s (SACO) said that Deputy Chairman, Ahmed Al Sari, tendered his resignation on April 23 due to personal reasons.

 

The board of directors approved the resignation, which took effect on April 24, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al Sari joined the board on July 20, 2020.
