Saudi Arabia expects higher-than expected economic growth in the non-oil sector this year, backed by structural reforms in line with Vision 2030, Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance, said.  

 

Saudi Arabia foresees higher-than-expected economic growth in the non-oil sector this year, backed by structural reforms in line with Vision 2030, Saudi Press Agency reported, citing Minister of Finance Mohammed Al-Jadaan.

 

The Kingdom is still committed to its prudent policies to maintain monetary and financial stability, while speeding up structural reforms to enhance resilience in the face of external shocks.

 

The remarks came in a speech by Governor of Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), Fahad Al-Mubarak, on behalf of the Finance Minister, during the meeting of the International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
