Saudi Airlines Catering Co. announced the resignation of audit committee member Dilip Nijhawan, effective today, April 21.
In a statement to Tadawul, Saudi Catering said the resignation was submitted on April 12, and was tendered to allow Nijhawan to undertake an advisory role for the company.
Following the resignation, the current audit committee consists of three members, which is in line with the laws and regulations and the rules of the Audit Committee chapter that specifies the number of audit committee members to be between three and five, the statement said.
