Alinma Tokio Marine shareholders to vote on 2021 financial statements on May 12

Shareholders of Alinma Tokio Marine Co. will vote on 2021 audited financial statements during the ordinary general meeting to be held on May 12, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

They will also vote on the board and auditor’s reports for the same period.

 

Other agenda items include the contracts and transactions between the company and Alinma Bank, Alinma Investment Co., Tokio Marine Nichido Fire Co. and Tokio Middle East Co., Ltd

 

Online voting on the agenda items will start on May 9, the statement added.
