The Idle Lands Program collected the fees for the sixth round of the first phase in Dammam for over 250 land plots within the announced urban scope, with more than 90 million square meters.
In March, the invoices for the sixth session of land fees in Dammam were issued, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The program also urged landowners to develop their lands or pay the fees within one year of the decision.
Total invoices for idle land fees issued since the launch of the program exceeded 8,300 in the cities where the fees were applied, including the invoices for the sixth round of payments in Dammam in its first phase in 2022.
