Batic names new board member

Batic Investments and Logistics Co.’s board of directors appointed Fahad Al Obailan as an independent board member, effective as of April 18, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Al Obailan has been the Vice President of Sales at Seera Group Holding. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. He holds a BA in business administration from King Saud University.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
