Al Othaim shareholders to vote on authorizing board to distribute interim dividends for 2022 on May 16

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co.’s shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on May 16, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on the company’s financial statements as well as the board and auditors’ reports for 2021. They will vote on discharging the board members from liabilities for 2021.

 

In addition, they will discuss the appointment of an external auditor to review and audit financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2022 and 2022, as well as Q1 2023, along with voting on contracts concluded with relevant parties.

 

Other agenda items include the contracts and transactions concluded between Al Othaim and other companies.

 

The shareholders will start e-voting on the meeting agenda on May 13.
