Theeb Rent a Car appoints Vice Chairman, Managing Director

Theeb Rent a Car Co. announced appointing Riyadh Almalik as new Vice Chairman after the resignation of Hasan Al-Shuwaikh (non-executive member).

 

Almalik has served as a board member and Chairman of the nominations and remuneration committee since 2020, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 


The board of directors also approved the appointment of Naif Al-Theeb as new Managing Director. The board decision is not final and will be submitted to the upcoming general assembly meeting for approval.


Al-Theeb earned a Bachelor’s Degree in international business from King Abdulaziz University (KAU) in Jeddah in 2009. 


Al-Theeb has served as the company’s CEO since 2018. He has more than 20 years of experience in the car rental business.
