Dar Al Arkan opens nominations for board membership today

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. announced today, April 12, the opening of board membership nominations for the next three-year term, starting June 23, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Nomination will be received no later than May 11.

 

The new board will be elected for the new term during the upcoming general assembly meeting, the date for which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
