Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) starts today, April 7, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on April 11, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Shareholders will vote on electing board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 13, 2022, Argaam earlier reported.
They will also vote on the formation of an audit committee for the same three-year term.
