Thimar says unable to disclose 2021 financials on time

National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said it was unable to disclose annual financial results for 2021 within the regulatory period.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Thimar said it had not yet finalized its preliminary financial statements for Q3 2019 and annual financial reports for the same year, as well as financial results for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 2020 and Q1, Q2 and Q3 2021.

 

Thimar stated that the results of FY 2021 will be announced immediately after the completion of the results for the above-mentioned periods.
