AICTEC says unable to disclose 2021 financials on time

Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) said in a bourse filing today, March 31, that it was unable to disclose its 2021 financial results within the specified time.

 

The company cited its failure to complete the audit process requirements by the external auditor.

 

The glass manufacturer expects the external auditor to complete the audit process and publish the annual financial statements by April 17, 2022.

Trading will be suspended on the stock as per the listing rules announced by the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on March 25, 2019, the statement concluded.
