Malath Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term ending on April 5, 2025, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, slated on April 21, according to a bourse filing.
They will also vote on appointing external auditors and setting their fees. The auditors will review the company's interim financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2022, as well as Q1 2023.
They will vote on forming the audit committee for the next three-year term ending on April 5, 2025.
The e-voting on agenda items will start from April 17 via Tadawulaty services.
