HRSD Ministry signs 10 agreements with various training, employment entities

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) signed 10 joint cooperation and understanding agreements with a number of universities and academies.

The agreements came at the launch of the Qualitative Parallel Training Project aimed at recruiting and training at least 100,000 female citizens with a bachelor's degree and higher, as the program continues until the end of 2025, to increase their economic participation rate and raise the skills of the Saudi labor force.

The conventions include three joint cooperation memorandums with Princess Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, King Saud University and King Faisal University, in addition to joint cooperation memos with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA), the Saudi Council of Engineers, Majmaah University, Prince Ahmed bin Salman Applied Media Academy, the Financial Academy, and Prince Sultan Aviation Academy.

The ministry pointed out that these agreements aim to strengthen cooperation in the fields of training, enable the employment of Saudi citizens and support the labor market, in line with the activities, strategies, objectives and programs of the Vision 2030.

The deals also will allow participation in the development and empowerment of female university and academy graduates and create and develop new skills of knowledge and education by activating the ministry's Qualitative Parallel Training Project, which will increase the rate of economic participation of Saudi females and increase the share of women in the labor market.

The ministry also seeks, through these concessions, to build strategic partnerships and integrative relationships with various entities in all sectors to achieve Vision 2030 goals.
