Saudi Parts Center completes incorporation process to set up subsidiary

Saudi Parts Center Co. (SPC) completed the incorporation procedure to establish a fully-owned limited liability (one-person) company, with a capital on SAR 100,000.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, SPC said the Riyadh-headquartered Mas Advanced Company for Industry holds commercial registration No. 1010790953 issued by the Commercial Registry Office in Riyadh on March 24.

 

A separate bank account will be opened in the name of the company and the value of the capital will be deposited in the account.

 

On March 20, SPC’s board of directors approved to establish the fully-owned limited liability company to operate in manufacturing and remanufacturing spare parts, Argaam reported.
