Bank AlJazira’ shareholders will vote on financial statements, as well as board and auditor reports for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated on April 19, the bank said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote on appointing an auditor for Q2, Q3, and 2022, as well as Q1 2023, in addition to discharging board members from liabilities for 2021. They will also vote on approving various business contracts concluded by the bank in 2021.

 

Shareholders can vote on the OGM agenda through Tadawulaty system from April 15.
