Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund signed a contract with Emaar Al Diyafa Hotels Co. for managing and operating Tharawat Al Andalusia Hotel in Makkah, fund manager Jadwa Investment said in a bourse statement today, March 28.

 

The contract includes marketing, maintenance and supervision of the hotel, the statement added, expecting the deal to have a positive impact on the fund.

 

The partnership with Emaar Al Diyafa arises from its specialization and track record in providing management, operation, leasing, marketing, maintenance and supervision services for hospitality, residential and commercial assets in the Kingdom, particularly in Makkah.
