GAS signs SAR 75.4 mln contract with RCJY to build gas network at PlasChem Park

Gas Arabian Services Co. (GAS) signed today, March 27, a SAR 75.43 million contract with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) for the supply and construction of a gas network at the PlasChem Park.

 

The contract, which was awarded to GAS on Jan. 11, 2022, before its listing on Nomu-Parallel Market, is valid for three years, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The deal is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company’s financial statements starting from H1 2023, GAS added, noting that there are no related parties to the contract.

 

GAS started trading on Nomu last February, Argaam earlier reported.
