Sumou’s board recommends new audit committee member

Sumou Real Estate Co.’s board of directors recommended to appoint Khalid Saleh Abdullah Alakeel, an independent board member, as an audit committee member for the current three-year term ending on August 15, 2023, according to a bourse filing.

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.

Alakeel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1987 from King Saud University and has 32 years of experience in financial management and Islamic banking.
