Idle Lands Program issues land fees for sixth session in Dammam

The Idle Lands Program, launched by the Saudi Ministry of Housing, issued land fees for the sixth session of the first phase in the city of Dammam. 

 

Idle land owners were urged to develop their lands or pay the required fees or start land development within one year from the decision date.

 

In case the required land levy is not paid, a penalty will be imposed at 100% of the fee value, the program added.
