Arabian Shield to open board membership nominations tomorrow

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. will open tomorrow, March 22, nominations for board membership for the upcoming three-year term starting from September 11, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Nomination applications will be received until July 31.

 

The nominations are pending the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and the company's next general assembly meeting, the date of which will be determined later.
