Al Yamamah University will organize, on March 20, the “Family Business: Future Prospects and Success Enablers in Line with Vision 2030” forum.
The forum will be held under the patronage of H.E. Mohammed ElKuwaiz, Chairman of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
Dr. Hossam bin Mohammed Ramadan, President of the University and Chairman of the Organizing Committee, said the forum, with its distinguished theme this year, is an important occasion to discuss the important and vital role of family businesses in enhancing the private sector’s position in the national economy and enabling it optimally with the effective frameworks to play its expected role in achieving Vision 2030 goals.
The forum is driven by its role and social responsibility for pushing the intellectual, academic and research efforts on the national level, and fort gathering distinguished speakers to address the main issues that help realize Vision 2030 objectives.
The forum will address several topics, including governance and its role in the sustainability of family business, growth and expansion of family business with the main barriers and risks; the public offering of family business; the role of experience houses in the development of family business; and the leading international experience in the success of those firms.
The forum brings together a group of distinguished speakers, specialized academics, who will participate in lectures, a panel session, and peer reviewed research papers.
