Nama Chemicals shareholders to vote on board member dismissal on April 10

Shareholders of Nama Chemicals Co. will vote on April 10 on dismissing the membership of Hamza bin Ghulam Joharji as of the assembly’s approval date, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system will be able to participate and vote on the agenda items as of April 6.
