Alkhorayef Water awarded SAR 141.2 mln contract by NWC

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) won today, March 17, a contract from National Water Co. (NWC), at a value of SAR 141.2 million, excluding the value-added tax (VAT), according to a bourse filing.

 

Under the 24-month contract, the company will undertake the construction of sewage networks (phase II) at Al Ruwaidaf and Al Jawharah districts in Taif City.

 

The project’s financial impact is expected to appear in Q2 2022.

 

AWPT will announce any future developments in this regard in due course after receiving the final award contract. There were no related parties.
