Fitaihi Group shareholders elect board members for new term

Fitaihi Holding Group shareholders elected board members for the next three-year term, beginning on April 22, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 15, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected board members include Ahmed Hassan Ahmed Fitaihi, Omar Riyad Mohammed Alhumaidan, Ibrahim Hassan Mohammed Al-Madhoun, Ibrahim Mohammed Omar Badawood, Bayan Adel Mohammed Fakieh, Suhail Hassan Abdulmalik Qadi, and Adnan Abdulfattah Mohammed Soufi.
