The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor applications for its domestic issuance for March, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
The issuance size was set at SAR 10.38 billion, NDMC said in a statement.
The issuance is divided into two tranches, the first is valued at SAR 3.575 billion, maturing in 2030, while the second SAR 6.8 billion tranche will mature in 2034.
