Gulf General shareholders to elect board members on April 11

Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 11, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on April 11.

Shareholders will also vote on the formation of audit committee for the same term, according to a bourse filing.

Moreover, they will vote on discharging board members from their liabilities for the term ending on Feb 16, 2022.

The e-voting on the agenda items will start as of April 7 via Tadawulaty services.
