Russia makes progress in talks with Ukraine

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said some progress was made in talks with Ukraine, but without giving further details, Reuters reported.

 

"There are certain positive shifts, negotiators on our side tell me," Putin said. 

 

New satellite photos appeared to show the massive Russian convoy outside the Ukrainian capital fanned out into nearby towns and forests, Associated Press Reported.
