Saudi Ground Services shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

Saudi Ground Services Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting on May 6, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to be held on March 9, according to a bourse statement.

Elected board members include Khalid Q. Al Buainain, Omar A. Jefri, Mansour A. Al Bosaily, Fahd H. Cynndy, Con Korfiatis, Per Utnegaard, Ghada A. Al Jarbou, Saeed A. Al Hadrami, and Nader S. Ashour.

The shareholders also voted on the formation of the audit committee for the same term and define its tasks, work regulations and member remuneration.

The audit committee members are Omar A. Jefri, Hesham A. Al-Aqel, Adel S. Abalkhail, Saleh A. Al-Fadhl, and Nader M. Ashour
