Elm opens board nominations for vacant seats tomorrow

Elm Co. opens tomorrow, March 10, nominations for three vacant seats on the board of directors for the current three-year term, started Nov. 25, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until April 8, 2022, the statement added.
