Arabian Centres opens board nominations today

Arabian Centres Co. opened today, March 6, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting June 19, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until April 5, 2022, the statement added.

 

The board of directors will be elected for the new session in the next general assembly meeting, the date for which will be announced after obtaining the necessary approvals from the respective authorities.
