Maaden says board member resigns

Saudi Arabian Mining Co.’s (Maaden) board of directors approved the resignation of Samuel Walsh (non-executive member), effective Feb. 24.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Maaden said the resignation was submitted for personal reasons.
