1) Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance reported a net income of SAR 625.6 million for 2021, a drop of 10% year-on-year (YoY).
2) Arab National Bank (ANB) reported a net profit of SAR 2.177 billion for 2021, a rise of 5% YoY.
3) Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s shareholders approved a capital cut by 71.43% to SAR 50 million from SAR 175 million.
4) Nama Chemicals Co.’s board of directors decided to appoint Faiz Al Ahmari as Chairman and Abdullah Al Subiyal as Vice Chairman.
5) ACWA Power has broken ground on a 100-megawatt (MW) wind project in Uzbekistan.
6) Brent crude on Sunday fell $1.15 to reach $97.93 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased $1.22 to reach $91.59/bbl.
