SIECO opens board nominations on Feb. 27

Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) opens, on Feb. 27, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting June 16, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until March 27, 2022, the statement added.
