Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. starts today, Feb. 24, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on Feb. 27, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Shareholders will vote on reducing the company’s capital by 69.06%, from SAR 320 million to SAR 99 million, during the EGM, Argaam reported.
