Arabian Pipes postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Arabian Pipes Co. postponed its second extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled for Feb. 10, after quorum was not met for first and second meetings, according to a bourse filing. 

  

The attendance rate was 12.43% and 12.74% for the first and second meetings, respectively. 

  

The company will call for the third EGM after setting its date and obtaining approvals from the competent authorities, the statement said.
