Petrochem opens board membership nominations today

National Petrochemical Co. (Petrochem) opened today, Feb. 14, the nominations for membership of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting from 11 April 2022.

 

Nominations start today and will end on March 15, 2022, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the next general assembly, the date for which will be announced later, after obtaining necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
