ACWA Power announced the start of electronic voting for the appointment of the company’s auditor and other agenda items of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for Feb. 17, according to a bourse filing.
The e-voting will be through the Tadawulaty system, in line with the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives.
